Hi All,
10 years back my dad has brought a land and constucted a double portion house and sold one portion to his friend and gifted one portionn to my mom and me( Jointly)....After a year my mom gave off her share making me the single owner of the second partition....
So now I have sold my portion to X person....Currently we have only one original Conveyance Deed / Link Document.....so how can the X person and My father friend..who are now owning each portion can have original Conveyance Deed / Link Document...
Please help me out...
