it's good corporal punishment is banned in all schools since they have a detrimental effect on students
a teacher is supposed to rowdy children lovingly...but in a class of 30 minutes,how is expected to find time to teach,check notebooks, finish all syallabus on time,give individual attention to weak students and make sure everyone has learn the lesson well
ON TOP OF THAT
Find time "correcting" these rowdy students "lovingly".since they take away all the time alloted to teach,thru their attention seeking behaviors.the principals already put so much pressure on teachers to maintain discipline and pin drop silence in classrooms
is the govt expecting the teachers to be some divine beings who shud do perfect multitasking?
in other words,has any provision been made to employ psychologists in all govt & pvt schools who can give therapy to such students?because teachers are not trained as psychologists to counsel difficult children...
