I had an Equitable Mortgage attached to my property sale deed for a car load availed from a bank. Loan is closed, and they provided me a deed of discharge of mortgage which I went ahead and registered. However, some of the field of data like the document registration number of previous EM document and EM registration date was left blank. In short, it appears as an incomplete document.
Will this cause a problem in future? How can I correct this? Can I do a rectification.
