Hi Experts,
My name and my daughter's name are wrongly spelled (Senthil instead of Sendil and Tendral instead of Thenndral) in the birth certificate issued by Government of Kerala.
Please let me know the procedure to get these corrected.

Visit your nearest municipal office and submit an application for correction of name with relevant documents. after enquiry they issue new one.
