Correction of matter in divorce papers

The visitation right for minor child should have been mentioned in the divorce agreement between both parties. If it was agreed no child visitation will be sought or asked in future, in such case the parties if agree that can be worked out by a fresh agreement made for the same between the parties even out of court, otherwise for seeking visitation rights the parent who is seeking it can move application under section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 if the divorce was finalized under this Act, in the Family Court asking for due to change in of circumstances the child visitation is being sought.
