i want to know how the cost of suit in maintenanace case is calculated .
my wife lawyer said its 10 times the maintainance per year .
if maintainenece is Rs 6,00,000 per year,then cost of maintainence suit is Rs 60,00,000 or something else .
Because i want to know whether this case maintainble in high court or not,(7/11 is applicable)
