Against my father's complaint case against a parokar (policeman), he has filed a false case u/s 156(3) through his wife in court and shown incidence in his police station area u/s 352, 354 against 4 persons including me and my father so that he can submit chargesheet under the same. Court has ordered for investigation. He has some influence in court too. What should i do now? Do i need to take bail? Is my family in danger?
