One of my friend was selling watch boxes of one of the top brands of the world, But that product was a replica. He was selling that product on ebay marketplace from india, But customs department has seized his 4 shipments and they asked for purchase invoice, Since those products were replicas he couldn't provide the document. Now the foreign post executive is saying that a call has been made to the brand directly and a cas has been opened in customs. Can anyone tell me how he can handle this problem?

- Your friend was basically doing Trade Makrs violation of some "X" company.
- He was probably cheating customers as well.
now his goods are caught by custom department. As per descripttion they may be appearing to be sold by "X" company. He is unable to account for the purcharse without invoice of "X" company.
He should simply pay fine wihout much noise and start a fair trade.
