Dear Sir, Please give your suggestion on Service matter. the
1. I had applied through proper channel in an autonomous organization and on my selection, and after tendering technical resignation from another autonomous organization, I joined the current organization on 06.03.2012. My resignation was a technical formality; therefore all consequential benefits of pay and pension are eligible under rule.
2. Since I was on EOL from 16.01.2012 to 29.02.2012 due to advance stage of maternity on medical ground and was not present in the office, I was shown relieved w.e.f 29.02.2012 by my previous organization dated 19.02.2013, issued in partial modification of office order dated 02.03.2012 without informing and handing over the relieving order personally to me.
3. The initial relieving order dated 02.03.2012 was issued on Friday, which was received by me on 05.03.2012 i.e Monday, being 03.03.2012 & 04.03.2012 on Saturday and Sunday. I joined the current organization on next day i.e 06.03.2012 without any break in service on my part. I am constantly requesting my authority to condone the break of 5 days so that my service can be counted and can get the pay protection.
Sir, Pls kindly throw light on this matter.
