I been cheated by a guy when he sells the land with fraudulent details... A criminical case with FIR is under investigation... I have also filed a civil suit and an attachment application by knowing the survey numbers of the culprits owned properties from registrar office.
MY question is I have applied for applied for attachment of three of his properties and the defendant pleaded that one of the property is very important to him as he already made a sale agreement for selling on that property.. when the verdict comes the court didn't attached the pleaded properties and have attached only the other two properties...
Now I came to know that he has sold those properties which he didn't pleaded around an year back and he planning to sell the other property immediately.. So I will left with no hope of grip for a settlement
