I have filed evection suit against tenant
totally 4hearings are over no progress I saw
tenant has stopped rents for 5months I should get 1lakh as rent balance in all these 4hearings the rent issue is not making much noise my advocate is giving false assurance what's the next step to get my rent balance weather I get in final verdict or is their any provision to get now in coming hearings let me plz help me
Dear querist,
In case there is no dispute as to amount of rent than court order tenant to deposit rent in court or to landlord, in case there is dispute to rent amount then court will fixed as per prevailing rate of area.
In case your advocate is not helping then try to find his replacement.
