Court fee

How court fee can be calculated in a suit for declaration and consequential relief of injunction with respect to house property, whether based on the annual rent or on one half of the actual market ?

Valuation to be calculated on the suit matter,if you claim for mesne profits then upon the revenue from the property or if you claim declaration as to ownership  then the fee shall be calculated on  valuation  of the property
