As she had agreed under oath in Mutual Consent Terms, which was then also mentioned in the Judgement ( not in operative order, for which we have applied for correction ). Te consent terms were clear that she will relinquish her share in the property in my favor within 30 days from the Decree order, however taking advantake of technicality of Judgement and Operating order, she made a gift Deed in favor of her Broher, which is sought to be cancelled. Hence, need to know applicable court fee as there is no monetory transaction sought for and just to cancell unlawful deed.
