Court fee payable in exhibit lease deed for 2 years

Sir,

In a suit to set aside a  hiba and settlement deed, the Plaintiff  desires to mark a lease deed (unexpired) whose term is 2 years. When we tried to mark the document, judge refused on the ground that stamp duty has to be paid.

By stamp duty , he means court fee or Non judicial stamp fee ?. Please explain. The lease is for Rs.5500 p.m for 24 months and 50,000 refundable advance.. Please help me calculate it and also tell me the provision of law which is applicable in this case i.e., indian stamp act or TNCFSV Act.

thanx in advance

State stamp duty is applicable to calculate the stamp duty on lease deed.
