The Maharashtra court fee act 6 ha reads as
[(ha) In suits for declaration that any sale, or contract for sale or
termination of contract for sale, of any moveable or immoveable property
is void [one-half] of ad valorem fee leviable on the value of the property
and the foot not for [one-half] reads as
'These words were substituted for the word “one-fourth” by Mah. 23 of 1996, s.2(1)(e) and (f).'
