I am about to file a probate application for an unregistered Will. Since all the properties, for which the probate is required,are located in Haryana, the relevant jurisdiction falls under Chandigarh high court.
The value of the properties for which the Probate is required is approximately 6-7crores. I just want to know how much court fees will be required to pay at Chandigarh High Court. As per court fees act it is roughly about 3 1/2% on the value of the property, but I believe there must be some ceiling on it as well.
It would be great if someone could help with "Maximum Court fees" will be required to pay in my probate case at Chandigarh high court. Many thanks.
