A the land owner has dispute with B regarding his land.Court receiver was appointed however no restrictive order was passed or injunction obtained by B. A agreed to sell to C. Part consideration was received and promises that after removal of court receiver from court and settling the dispute with B he will complete sale transaction with c and according same is mentioned in Agreement. Subsequently Court receiver is discharged by court and dispute is settled with B. Can A now say that contract with C is void because at the time of entering Agrement land was in the hand of court receiver.
