I have got a 3Acre Agriculture Land in North of Nagpur (around 9Kms from 0 miles of NGP) which doesn't fall under Nagput (NIT) DP or Municipal Limits as of now. It is also around 1km from the nearest village Godhani.
My Question is - How/ What are the different ways in which I can get the land converted into NA Land and do the plotting and sell it?
Your advise is much appreiated. Thanks in advance.

if the land is in residential zone in RP then you can covert it into plots by NA order of collector.

RP is Regional plan.

Th agricultural land may be converted into Residencial Land only in case it is in residential zone as per Regional Master Plan.

Now my next task would be to arrange the Regional Master Plan of Nagpur. The one that is available on NIT website is not readable at all.
Any advice on getting hold of RP is much appreciated.
