1.    The Order of the Trial Court is right. Unfortunately trail Court Order(s) are not of any precedent value.

2.    If it had been allowed it would have bread parasitism by educated metro wives.

3.    The ref. 2000 AD MP HC Judgment was also pronounced on right footing; NATURAL JUSTICE and can be used to defend oneself.
