In dist. Consumer forum complaint was lodged, by X.During the case proceedings the credit card company placed lien on FD.Legal notice was sent.Company released the lien since case was going on.Complainant took premature withdrawal of all FD and suffered loss of app. Rs.11000/-.The case was decided in favor of consumer.The advocate suggested to file another complaint to claim loss of Rs.11000/. The Dist. consumer forum has decided the matter in favor of credit card company, mentioning company could do it as per their rights granted by RBI however no RBI rule was enclosed or quoted by CC company. Complainant feels like filing complaint in State consumer forum.Is there any chance to get relief. What should be done.
