Credit card payment mechanism

I have a original principal amount due on Credit card to the extent of 8 lakhs...but with the added interest it has reached almost 11 lakhs....

The bank is warning me with the seizure of properties.

Though one should go for one-time settlement with the bank, its not possible with my case..Can only opt for equated monthly instalment.

How does one go for equated monthly instalment & how many years does the bank allow us to replay the amount?? Is there any time limit within which the monthly instalments need to be paid.....

What is the minimum amount of equated monthly instalment.

Please raise query in Civil law in Experts section of this website. You may also contact some good advocate dealing with these kind of matters and sit and discuss the matter since there are many fine points of law which are best discussed sitting face to face.
