Hi, i am from hyderabad, india. my friend misused my credit card in 2008 for nearly 40,000 rupees, i dont have any proofs that he used my card as he used with my permission saying that he will pay it back, even i was not able to pay that debts all these days, now i am abroad doing a course, suddenly, today i got a call from bank agent threatning me to pay the debts immediately , otherwise he will bring me back to india by complaining to immigration office, is that possible?
