Hi
In year 2012 I had purchased a flat in UP from a builder and later I came to know that the builder had already taken a loan from a natonalized bank by my flat by playng with the document.
Now I have done 420 case agaisnt the builder and the case is running in Kanpur court for last 4 years.
As now i have shifted in Bangalore can I transfer the case to Bangalore.
