One of my friend was man handled in office by co workers. In this, he got his spinal cord damaged and got treatment for about 3 months in hospital. He had filed a police complaint and a FIR was also raised by police. Subsequently, the case was dismissed. He tried to bring it thorugh High Court of Madras ab\nd he got the order of HC to start enquiry with higher level officer, but in vain. He is now conducting the case by filing private complaint and the case now going on. Please advise me whether he has got any other remedy to suitably advise the police personnel to take up the case once agaion properly. If so, under what section is it possible ? and the extend of remedy possible ? Will affect his career ? Please advise me to enable to advise my friend.
