My complaint u/s 193,199 & 200 of Indian Panel code have been rejected by JMFC. I had filed revision u/s 397 cr.pc to Session Court. Session court also rejected my application.
Facts in Brief:Respondent application u/s 12 of PWDVA-2005 has been rejected by the JMFC. iN ADJUDICATION RESPONDENT HAS FILED THE FALSE AFFIDAVIT, which I had challenged in Complaint case u/s 193,199 and 200 IPC.Ultimately rejected by Session court. Please advice on the following email.What remedy is available against the rejected order by Session court in our Judiciary.
