Criminal writ at pre-admission can oppose by respondent no.1

hi all,

i would want to appear in person before b'bay HC in criminal writ petition file by state against order of rejection u/s 311 crpc. in 498a case

the writ is at pre-admission stage and HC order issued notice to respondents/accuseds.

till date i have not yet rec'd. the notice and doesn't know the content of writ, but i want to appear and contest the writ at pre-admission stage to conclude this at early as possible since my next date at JMFC schdeule to next week of this writ petition date.

as REspodent 1, can i file my written notes of submiision to oppose this wirt petition at pre-admission stage, is't allowed.

do i need to file affidavit with this application.

i have prepared the application for opposing this writ, which goes up to 3 pages. the HC read this 3 pages oppose application,

do i need to file citation at this stage to support my application.

do i can attached the Rozanama copies and order copies as annexure to my application, as i have mentioned those in the application.

can i accept the notice onbehalf of other respondents.

and anybody can tell me the do's and don't in HC and procedure/ steps of submission of application.
