Wife filed 498a and 125 crpc against me i have two kids those are staying with her but and thereafter she has took admision with nusring collage and staying at hostel alone without informed me, in connection with my kids care taking. and where she is taken admission there she has provided information as unmarried as well as guven false as goo as fake documents in connection of previous name before marriage. please suggest can this is useful in crpc 125 to get dismiss and to take kids with me. and any other legal way to action on for such kind of behave.
