My neighbor fused my electricity supply line while renovating his shop. i had to install whole line from meter to fuse. i had to file a police complaint because he said i wont let it pass through his shop like the builder gave and i had no idea about it.
after filing police case he built a 6inch tall ootla infront of his shop in diagonal way crossing into my frontal space blocking my acess to road by 20%. sec/chairman of co-op doing nothing about it. can i file defamation and mental harassment. on neighbour and society for not taking action.
