It is believed that personal law that applies in instant case are: Hindu Sucession Laws...........

Succession opens on date of death.

The estate of deceased male ( covered by Hindu Succession Laws....) devolves upon his ClassI legal heirs i.e. Mother, wife, sons and daughters..................

Anyone may apply for recording inheritance in mutation record and submit death certificate, legal heir certificate/affidavit............

However if any fraudulent act has been done you can lodge complaint with revenue official say patwaari, Tehsildar and get it corrected......

You can also move court.

Mam,

You can seek the cancellation of the mutation and file the case of fruad parllelly to get your rights back in the property.
