Daughters consent document

I am an OCI holder based in the UK and I currently own agricultural land and residential property in Gujarat. I have one son and two daughters and  wish to give my entire assets to my son (also based in the UK). I am planning a visit to India soon with my wife and son to complete all the paperwork to remove my name from the 7/12 and put his name as the sole owner.

I believe the assets are ancestral and consquently I will need my daughters written consent that they are happy for their brother to recieve all my assets.

My question is in what form is this consent acceptable by the authorities?

Is there a standardized form the mamlatdar requires us to complete or is it legal document drafted by a lawyer?

my   Please advise on how to move forward as I plan to get the documents signed by my daughters and bring them personally with me. I want to avoid the risk of making the trip to india with consent forms from my daughters which is not acceptable by the mamlatdar.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

regards

KMP
