Dc converted sites acquisition by bda

We have purchased a land on Dec 2016. The land was a part of BDA's formation of Shivaram Karanth layout. The Acquisition was squashed by the Karnataka HC on 2014. Our and many other lands based on the squashed HC order converted the land and were sold sites. In 2018 BDA approaches SC. The SC reviews the Acquisition as per case Misc 1614/19. The case is still running. The Housing loan is still running. on May 5th 2021. The SC has issued order to stop any construction. And has appointed a committee to monitor and report the status of the land. Many people out of fear have started construction. The order does not say anything about DC converted sites. What can I do to safe gaurd my empty site

Re-draft and post the facts without abbreviations since these are localised whereas the site is worldwide and respondents/ experts are doing social service from almost all corners of India.

The site is vacant for the present and you require approvals for such construction.  When the SC has directed not to permit new constructions certainly you will not get permission/approval as this action may amount to contempt of court.  Proceeding without approvals and when there is a stay order is highly risky, as after digitalization, the google map may show vacant sites on the date of such order or subsequently.  It is highly risky and approval after construction is not certain.

Are you a party to the litigation? If not,  what is your source of information as to the ongoing litigation?
