Dead and then Alive in 498a

Hello In-laws had lodged a false 498a 420 and Dowry case. During examination the father in law stated his daughter is dead and he does not remember when she died nor able to recollect where he cremated her. The FIL is a retired govt servant Gazette officer and now a practicing advocate Other witnesses like her cousin brother and maternal uncle also not able to recollect when exactly she died....and where the last rites were performed. All this drama is done now bcos it came to my notice that she got remarried without divorce and has kids which prove remarriage before divorce. ARGUMENTS ARE STILL PENDING IF WE ARE ABLE TO GET PROOF THAT SHE IS ALIVE..... WHAT WOULD BE THE CONCEQUENCES ON THE FATHER IN LAW AND THE FALSE WITNESSES WHO ON OATH DECLARED THAT ALIVE PERSON WAS DEAD

You have more things to worry, you worry about proving you did not take dowry.  If they already proved that she is dead you are widower.

She remarried, she has kids all this proves many things but not much on paper.

Even after posing dead their side does not want to spare you.  That is the kind of person they are dealing with.

It appears that you have gulped down money of the girls side.  Return it.  Get rid of the case of 409a.

Even if you prove that she got remarried and has kids, court wont do anything to her.  Law favours women.

You will be left claspig hands, thats all.

Get rid of teh 498a case, divorce etc wont even matter to guys like you.

Dear Querist

If you proved it that she is alive and married with another person without taking divorce from you and because she married without divorce and you may file a criminal complaint against her before the court for the offence of bigamy, hence they filed the false and fabricated complaint against you and your family as the case may be.

if you proved then all the persons, complainant and witnesses may be prosecuted U/s 191, 193, 209,120B & 34 of IPC
