Deal with Cousin - Money and trust.

I had given some money to my cousin without paperwork and recently the things have turned sour between us, though he said he will return my money in installments but I don't trust him anymore. He can flip anytime which might put me in big loss.

How can I make sure the money will be returned with some paperwork RIGHT NOW, What paperwork/or precautions I must take to make sure the money is recovered? can a legal documents can be made post the deal? please help, thanks. the money was given in cash in small chunks in the course of 3 years.

@ Flawlessking,

Repitition of same story is ridiculous and absurd.

You have already adequately been advised in your last post at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/file-a-case-against-the-borrower--209709.asp
