I have second motion during mid of November. I just wanted to know will i get the Divorce certificate/ Decree of divorce on the same day.
I need a proof of divorce for registering my second marriage in court, which i am planning during end of November.
When will i get a document/certificate of divorce or any proof of divorce and whats the procedure of getting it

Its a mutual consent (13 B) divorce and both husband and wife have filled it together. Even in this case can anyone file an appeal against the decree

When did you file for first motion and what did judge ask u on first motion
After submiting for first motion how long it takes to get statement recorded in front of judge
Im asking all this because i have to apply divorce incoming april
