Decree signed date vs given under the order my seal

I need some informaiton what is the divorce date, i see the following details in my decree, is my DOD is 10/01 or 16/01. As per my lawyer he told that 10/01.

Date of Disposal : 10/01/2019

Given under my hand and the seal of the court of this the 10th day of January, 2019

Decree signed on 16/01/2019.

some one make there own home in elegal area, so my father apposes them to stop this and for that he did fir in my father and now my father is in jail

already spoke to lawyer, he said that is 10/01/2019. Since the decree signed date is 16/01. I'm confused. hence the question..
