Deemed conveyance

Sir/Madam,
I have a Deemed Conveyance Matter wherein the applicants have made an application before the Joint Registrar of Societies for Deemed Conveyance u/s 11 of the Maharashtra Flat Ownerships Act 1963. My Client who is the Opposite Party No 2 states that all the documents submitted by the builder and the applicants are having forged signatures. Accordingly I asked by client to file an FIR wherin the same has been filed 4 days back.
Pls let me know whether would I get a stay in the deemed conveyance matter pending before the joint registrar till the time any report is filed by the police or should I submit anything else to get a stay before the joint registrar.

Any case law which would suffice in getting the stay.

Regards,
Nitin P Nitin Kotian
