defamation, perjury and maintenance

False 498A filed by wife: Sept. 2013
Acquittal Verdict: March 2018
Got ex parte divorce : April 2018
Religion: Hindu
Wife: Employed
Me (husband): left job

Pls advice if my father can file the defamation, maintenance or perjury case against her as I am planning to go abroad. If possible, then any authority or any document is required from my side to autharise my father to do so?

One cannot file a case on behalf of someone, that only an advocate can do. Nobody else. If the party who wants to file a case cannot appear in court at best can give POA to the father (IN YOUR CASE) and ask the father to attend the case in your absence. You cannot file a case on anyone on behalf of your father. And vice versa.
