What does "Dusti Service" mean in Summon Notice?

When complaint is filed by the complainant the court order the summons should be served on respondent. If the respondent is residing in outside the Jurisdiction of the Court, the learned Magistrate will pass an order for directing that the complainant should serve dusty summons on this respondent.

Thanks for reply. Does it mean that, the complainant should serve the summon to the respondent by himself in person? Or can he also deliver it by post? Could you please tell me the specific section and act regarding the dusti service.
