Degradation of post and salary

Respected  sir,

In the case where a DIPLOMA HOLDERS IN RESPECTED BRANCH OF ENGG  is now recruited at before one post of  bottom level,(ITI candidate)earlier they candidate were recruited at Junior engg level getting more basic salary .Union and management signed MOU before 5to 6 yrs where they cleared that Diploma candidate will not recruited  to Jr Engg Level and their post will be lower level,it is happen only with Diploma holders. We dont know whether this MOU signed board of Dir or registered  before a concern labour athourity.   I think Union and management  is practices unfair labour practices,demoralised the young candidate.remember this a one of the popular PSU in country.pls guide us.

There may be many diploma holders. Form a community and send your representatives in Union.

For unfair labor practices workman can lodge a greivance with o/o labor Commissioner.

If the MOU is signed obtain a copy and contest it. recruitment in PSU shall be as per recruitment rules.Obtain recruitment rules.Being a PSU these may be in employee domain. YOu can also adopt RTI route if these are made available.
