Dear Sir/Madam
I have booked the vehicle belano in the month of december 2015, the waiting period was for 3 month I have complieted the waiting period but the dealer is yet to deliver the vehcile reason behind is manufacture has not supplied the stock. if they would have send at the time of booking the waiting period will in infinite we could have choosen the alternative. Now my question is whether I am legal right to go to consumer court. Please guide me in this regards or any other way I can go or I have to wait till they lot me the vehicle
