Delay in incentives

Hi,

i was previously working for a company which i do not wish to name, its been 3 months since i have resigned from my services, and my incentives is still pending from the company which is not released yet, on visiting them frequently they inform us, it will be done next week and so on, the story is on... im in very need of the amount, when i try to speak to the finanace authorities or accounts, they give a reply telling, we dont have funds, when we have we will release you, im in very need of funds, can you please help me or suggest me what is the way to recover my incentives....

I will be really thankfull for your advice....

Dear Raj,

                At first you are required to give a letter in writing stating that you have worked for period this to this and that you have left the job. During your period of service you had earned some amounts as incentives, which are still outstanding and have not been paid to you as yet. 

Request them to pay the amount as early as possible. Then wait for 10-15 days if in case they do not reply send a lawyers notice and after that you can directly move before the jurisdictional district consumer redressal forum.
