This ismy first time
I have two flats in a society and two parking one per hhouse
in our society we have two gardens one at the front and other bbehind
there are 84 flats in our society housed in 4 wwings
I would like to know whether the society can demolish the parts of garden for accommodating parking ( with or without AGM PERMISSION)
can it be challenged as it will leave rest of people with no open space
is there a law to prevent the demolition?
if at all the demolition is done nevertheless how the parking is supposed to be distributed acc.to bye laws of ssociety where can I read abt it?
