Deny maintenance based on multiple 498a

Yes you can contest a case, but u can't deny to give her maintenance if she is not having any income to maintain herself, if she is employed or doing any job through which her all legal necessities fulfilled,then your side case is strong.......

You cannot avoid maintenance payment on the ground that she has filed three 498a cases in different places.  Try to find an amicable settlement and offer her one-time alimony as you have been divorced already. 

She sold a land for 35 lakhs and she accepted that in cross exam. Also has a land worth of 60 lakhs which I bought on her name. She accepted that as well. Can I deny maintenance based on her current wealth?
