contact your bank with deposit slip. if they don't make entry in account file a consumer complainant against them also file a complaint to rbi grievance.

If the money deposited by you is not properly accounted for the depositor, this deficiency should be brought to the attention of service provider immediately through a registered legal notice, demanding for crediting of such amount forthwith, and waiting for a month and then filing a consumer complaint in District Consumer forum for deficiency of service.   If the amount is substantial, a police complaint may also be bring the remedy at the earliest.
