Hi All,
Me and my wife got seperated. We are staying away from last 6 months. Is it legal to marry other girl, without informing. She is not ready to go for divorce. I am not interested going back to her.
When can i marry another girl after the seperation. Our marriage is not legal, it happened in arya samaj and it is not registered as well.
How much time i need to wait to get marry again?

Though a marriage is not registered, if it is solomnized as per rites and rituals, it is a valid marriage in the eyes of law. And in such a case, if you want to remarry then, you first of all need to dissolve that marriage by a decree of divorce, otherwise you may be prosecuted for the offence of bigamy by your wife. Also your second marriage shall not be legally valid.

- illigal and offence u/s 494, ipc - therefore try to avoid 2nd marriage till divorce.
Our marriage is not legal, it happened in arya samaj and it is not registered as well.
- it is fully legal.
you may go on live in relationship.
