Any one can give me details of list which can be called Contempe of Court by Petitioner lawyer. Let me give the link or details . I am asking this for free and fair justice trial.Lower court has quashed 138 plea against me. I have won the case , yet the party is trying to get induldge me in legal procedding. I need help.

For Contempt Of Court u have to read the Contempt of court act, 1971 in detail also the rule.

there is no list for CC. (Contempt Of Court)

Appeal is right and you can not do anyghing but to face and contest. It will not be contempt of court.
