There are two options available to you.

1.File a complaint before Kerala RERA authority and also file complaint Consumer Forum at Kerala

If you are unable to attend matters at Kerala then you have to appoint power of attorney to contest the matters at Kerala

You have to file a complaint before the respective consumer redressal commission only and not at the place where you are residing.

You can file complaint online but have to visit the court subsequently either in person or through an advocate or a power agent.

You can seek compensation for deficiency in service, mental agony and actual loss along with litigation cost.
