Mill worker property mhada

Sir,

Need suggestion. A mill worker was given lottery flat for mill worker quota , a Mhada flat.

Due to financial conditions he was not capable of purchasing with the said amount.

The said was taken ahead by his son and full payment with loan was done on by the son.

Father had issued a POA undertaking to the son as he had done all the expenses.

After 10 years , father being influenced  came up saying its his property and has removed the son from the POA undertaking rights. Also POA cancellation intimation is not received by son.

what does the son have to take action against it. . He has vested interest in the property.

Request all the learned personnel to help me in this case.

The son has no title of property, he can do nothing.  If he proves that he has invested, it may be difficult to win the case.

The POS deed is not a title deed hence the son cannot claim title to the property.

If he has evidence to prove his investment he can file a money recovery suit provided it is not barred by limitation.

I concur with the opinion and advise of learned senior experts, son has no right, claim, interest or title in the property acquired by his father.
