This is lokesh grover.I need legal advice.We had deposited 25%of amountof a plot at jaipur ajmer road with the private developer in june 2006.
Now when i am willing to sign the plot buyer agreement , Developer is demanding interest for the balance amount since he had sent us demand notice in 2007. I may inform that developer has not made any progress towards infrastructre.If we ask for refund, he will refund us after deducting 10% of the amount & after all the papers / receipt are submitted .
plese advise us what we should do?
