Grounds: Abuse process of law
1.NO police investigation
2.Investigation completed in one day and arrested, submitted before court for remand. Statements clearly showing corrections in writting. No investigation made or visited any place of incidents. 3.Chargesheet is replica of the statements.
4.Charges not attracting IPC 498A.
5.Her DV complaint clearly showing no dowry harrasment.
6.Her DV complaint also rejected.
7.Allegations in FIR ,not to be found in her earlier dv application in women protection cell.
8.no date,time in fir or cs
9.she filed this false case from her parental house after leaving 1.4yr from her mat..home accoplices with local political ld. and police.
10.she is a Epilepsy patient,hide this virulent disease she destroied one's life.
11.she submitted a epilepsy report (old reports very after the marriage)tring to prove due to mat torture but I have many reports of her epilepsy, after marriage.
12.she entangled two married sisters & their husbands residing in other state and also old widow mother.
13.no 307 medical reports.
14.she mentioned in fir that about to one month ago in a enening she went to her mat.. home with her father and her husband pressed her throat...this is 307
15.no police investigation but IO in CS mentioned some article seized by her.
16.No date ,no time mentioned in fir or cs.
17.we lodged several complaints very before of this utterly false case.
